I had to miss the sessions for the last two weeks, but Surf Sister was there to get you motivated in the waves! Hope you all had a great time and I'm looking forward to getting together this coming Monday night - the 18th. The forecast looks good and I'll see you all there!

What a great time in the water last Monday. Corey from Surf Sister came out and gave us some great tips about watching the waves, paddling and our postion on our boards. She was a big help and very graceful on her 9 footer she brought for the session. The waves were varied with some big ones building towards the end of the session. Thanks to everyone who came out and it was great to mmet the road rider from Kelowna.

A light evening of surf and a fun evening of hanging out in the water looking for waves. They came every so often and when they did we all had a great time. See you next week!

A nice evening to walk the beach but unfortunately no surf. There were some peole in enjoying the water but all in all not a night for surfing. But it was great to be out and enjoying the beach, running around with our dogs, and watching people fly their kites.

	The parking lot of packed wehn I rolled in and I saw a lot of familiar faces and a lot of new ones. Looks like everyone in Tofino was out for a surf - great! Some nice waves rolled in but it was not as good a surfing night as I had hoped, but it looked like eveyrone was having fun! Thanks to the nice family from Calgary who are on their annual Tofino trip. They were telling me about river surfing - sounds like a whole different skill! Hope to see you all next week and thanks for coming out this week. It's really wonderful to see so many women surfers having so much fun.

	Another great evening of fun in the waves and meeting new faces. Even thought the surf was small we all had a good time perfecting our paddling and chatting skills while watching for the sets that brought in some nice waves. I tried out my new wet suit from Live To Surf and was toasty warm throughout the evening. Thanks to everyone who saw the posters and came out, I'm going to try and get some permanent ones to put up. And thanks to all who tookt ot the waves and made this Monday night's surfing another success!

	The First Tofino Womens Surf Session What a great night! We arrived right at 6:30 and thought it may be just the five of us. The waves were small but we thought 'let's head out, it's sunny and it'll be fun'. Then, some women came and then more came and then the water was full of women having a wonderful time. Some out catching the green waves, some inside riding the white wash and a couple of girls having a blast on their boards, who then put them on the beach and went back to play in the water. One thing we all had in common were big smiles on our faces to see so many women getting together to enjoy the waves. We hope to see you all next week and any woman out there who missed tonight and wants to come out we welcome you. We are all levels and beginners are encouraged.
